iBuy Realty  has three Seller Packages that allows you the opportunity to  select the best package that satisfies your individual needs.  By partnering with Sellers, iBuy Realty is able to charge less than the industry standard 6% commission and get better results.  iBuy Realty compliments the internet and is able to pass the savings on to our clients. 

 

iBuy Half

iBuy Half is for the consumer that wants optimum exposure and ultimate savings when selling their property.  This Seller ONLY needs to sell their current house.  The seller does want to pay any upfront marketing fees to have the property listed.  iBuy Realty puts all the systems in place to maximize online marketing efforts, manage offers, facilitate Open Houses, and monitor the security of your home while it is being sold.  iBuy Half provides the following:



  • Minimum sales price is $175,000
  • 1.5% paid to iBuy Realty
  • 3% paid to the Buyers Agent
  • Standard Marketing Package
  • Seller can upgrade Marketing Package

iBuy FREE

iBuy FREE is for the consumer that wants optimum exposure and ultimate savings when selling their property.  This Seller is in the market to sell their current home and buy a new home.  iBuy Realty will sell your current home for FREE if you list and buy a new home with our representation.  iBuy FREE provides the following:



  • Minimum sales price of $175,000
  • 2% commission is charged and refunded when you purchase your new home
  • 3% or 4% paid to Buyers Agent
  • Standard marketing package
  • Seller can upgrade marketing package

iBuy Traditional

iBuy Traditional is for the consumer that wants full service when they sell their house. This Seller wants the advantage of putting their property in front of our data base of Buyers, along with a Realtor that is going to aggressively market your property until it is SOLD. iBuy Traditional provides the following:



  • 3% paid to iBuy Realty
  • 3% paid to Buyers Agent
  • Customized Marketing Package
  • Seller can upgrade marketing package
  • Realtor hosted Open Houses
  • Broker hosted Open Houses
  • Minimum sales price does not apply
