Buyer Packages

Historically, Traditional Real Estate Companies treat all Buyers the same regardless of their level of experience in regards to purchasing real estate.  iBuy Realty has realized this void and has assembled four packages for every type of Buyer.  Our packages range from the savvy Buyer who has already found a home and needs the help of an Agent to draft a contract for submission, to the Traditional Buyer that needs the assistance of a Full Time Traditional Agent. 

iBuy Direct

This package is for Buyers that have already found a home.  iBuy Realty picks up the process by preparing a contract and completing other necessary steps leading up to closing.  Our role is to mainly take a consultative approach for this homebuyer.  iBuy Direct features the following:

  • 2 home showings
  • Buyer does their own home search
  • Minimum purchase price is $175,000
  • Buyer receives 75% of the commission upon closing and funding
  • iBuy Realty will draft a purchase contract and assist with negotiating through agreement and execution
  • Buyer will transfer to iBuy Platinum if additional showings are necessary or if client desires additional services

 

iBuy Platinum

This is our premier package.  This package is for the Buyer that wants to use our service, but is going through the preliminary steps of narrowing down their search for a property.  This Buyer knows that they will likely require several showings to make their decision.  iBuy Platinum features the following:

  • Buyers get 5 home showings
  • Buyer does their own home search
  • Minimum purchase price is $175,000
  • Buyer receives 50% of the commission when the deal closes*
  • iBuy Realty will draft a purchase contract and assist with negotiating through agreement and execution
  • Buyer will transfer to iBuy Max if additional showings are necessary

 

iBuy Max

This package is designed for the Buyer that needs to see several homes, wants to participate in the home search, and still get a rebate for their efforts.  iBuy Max features the following:

  • Buyers get 8 home showings
  • Buyer does their own home search
  • Minimum purchase price is $100,000
  • Buyer gets 1% rebate*
  • iBuy Realty will draft a purchase contract and assist with negotiating through agreement and execution
  • Buyer will transfer to iBuy Classic if additional showings are necessary

iBuy Classic

This is our Full Service package.  This package is for the Buyer that needs a Traditional Agent to provide Traditional Services.  iBuy Classic features the following:

  • Buyers get unlimited home showings
  • Realtor assisted property search
  • Minimum sales price does not apply
  • Buyer Rebate does not apply
  • Purchase strategy assistance
  • Initial in-person consultation
  • Negotiation Assistance
  • Contract execution

 

*Home Showings equates to “a” home tour.  Example:  Two(2) home tours would be equivalent to viewing 2 houses.  Five(5) home tours is equivalent to viewing 5 houses.

*iBuy Direct- Each package has a limited number of showings other than iBuy Classic.  With  iBuy Direct, if you exceed two(2) showings, you will be automatically transferred to iBuy Platinum.  The showing count does not start over if you exceed showings under each package and roll over to the next package. iBuy Platinum allows up to five(5) showings.  Transferring to iBuy Platinum from iBuy Direct allows you three additional showings. 

*iBuy Max- 1% rebate is calculated based on the purchase price.  Example: $200,000 purchase price will provide a homebuyer with a $2,000 rebate.  If the commission earned is less than 3% paid by the Seller, iBuy Realty reserves the right to prorate the rebate to create a win-win situation.

*iBuy Direct, iBuy Platinum, and iBuy Max- After two(2) submitted contracts, iBuy Realty reserves the right to transfer Buyer to the next Buyer Package.
